What you can compare

Which potion or food gives the most HP and MP per meso?

These rankings are worked out from the flat HP or MP each item restores and the cheapest shop price players reported before launch. Higher is better.

How is HP per meso worked out?

It is the HP an item restores divided by the cheapest shop price reported for it. MP per meso works the same way. An item that no reported shop sells has no ratio, and nothing is estimated.

Why not use the resell value?

Selling an item back to a shop pays only about a tenth of what the shop charges for it, so the resell value would make every potion look ten times better than it is. The ratios here use the price you actually pay.

Why do Elixir and Mana Elixir have no ratio?

They restore a percentage of your maximum HP and MP, so what they give back depends on your own HP and MP pool. A per meso figure would only be true for one imagined character, so it is left blank.
