• Accounts banned: 7,061
• Previously banned: 3,814
• RMT investigations can take several days, so action may not happen the same day. Debt penalties apply to both buyers and sellers, and brokers are permanently banned. We'll address any unexpected Debt issues in an upcoming patch. Account trading is also prohibited and puts you at risk of RMT scams. Please be cautious of items priced unusually low or high, as buyers may also face penalties.
• We're acting on macro and bot activity as quickly as possible and continue to strengthen our detection methods to keep up with new cheating behavior. GMs are also actively patrolling in-game to identify and address suspicious activity. If a GM reaches out to you, please respond to their questions so they can complete their check. Thank you to everyone reporting spammers!
• We're improving the Lie Detector to catch more violators while minimizing impact on legitimate players. Using it to harass others may result in account penalties.
