• MapleStory Classic World will be updated to v.1.1.0 .
• Players with an outstanding debt can no longer pick up Mesos or items dropped by other players.
• Drops from monsters you defeated and certain party quest items can still be picked up.
• Kerning City Party Question coupons and passes can still be dropped by players that have an outstanding debt.
• Added additional items to monster drops in Victoria Island.
• Decreased the HP of the following monsters:
• Copper Drake
• Tortie
• Clang
• Drake
• Woodcrafting (Rank 1): Increased the number of arrows crafted per attempt when converting between Arrow for Bow and Arrow for Crossbow.
• Arrow for Bow: Increased the amount crafted from 5 → 50, and the required Arrows for Crossbow from 10 → 100.
• Arrow for Crossbow: Increased the amount crafted from 5 → 50, and the required Arrows for Bow from 10 → 100.
• Characters must be Lv.10 and above to send whispers.
• Reduced the Contribution required to reach Citizenship Ranks 4–10 to better match the intended progression pace.

• Focus: Increased Accuracy from 1-20 → 5-25.
• Wizard (Fire, Poison)
• Poison Breath: Increased Damage from 50-80 → 60-90.
• Resolved an issue where the skill did not deal damage properly at Lv. 10.
• Wizard (Ice, Lightning)
• Thunder Bolt: Increased Damage from 40-70 → 50-80.
• Fighter, Page, Spearman
• Rush: Resolved an issue where the range did not increase from 130 to 150 at Lv. 10 as stated in the skill description.

• Final Attack: Spear and Final Attack: Polearm: Resolved an issue where the maximum HP absorbed by the skills did not match the skill description.
• The maximum HP absorbed is now 15% of Max HP.

• Resolved an issue where the game client would sometimes disconnect for new players while on Character Select.
• Resolved an issue where players would sometimes disconnect after changing channels while Final Attack was active.
• Resolved an issue where players could get stuck in the Free Market.
• Resolved an issue where the Mushroom Garden map was incorrectly set as a town, preventing the use of Store Permits and the Lie Detector Test item.
• Resolved an issue where Cash Shop previews would display dye colors from equipped Cash items dyed with the Mystery Palette, instead of the items' default appearance.
• Resolved an issue where the following Halloween Cash items had no icon:
• Glowing Pumpkin Basket
• Evil Skull
• Cat Soul
• Resolved an issue where Citizenship daily quests could be completed twice in one day.
• Resolved an issue where Mark of the Beta items obtained before the Grand Launch had lower Weapon DEF than those obtained after.
