First Greeting with Bruce, the Town Resident

It looks like Arthur, the town clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Henesys Town Hall.

Arthur, the town clerk, asked me to greet Bruce, a resident of the town. Since I've become a resident here too, greeting the townspeople is a given, right?
