Once a Renowned Doctor

It seems Roxy of Kerning City Civic Center knows something about a doctor named Niora.?

Roxy of Kerning City Civic Center told me what she knew. According to her, Niora was once a fairly well-known doctor here in Kerning City, but one day, after an accident at his hospital took the life of a young girl, he vanished from the city. She said she didn't know where Niora had gone, but suggested I go see Nella (Kerning City) if I wanted to learn more.
